Strength

In the push-up strength category you will find the road to 100 push-ups. We have developed a 6 level program with goals from 10, 20, 30, 50, 70 up to 100 push-ups.

Power
This category is developed to train your muscle power. The block sessions and muscle energy system training schedules have a different approach with another training load. The work time and rest are different so the fuel for you
Variation
This category contains advanced training schedules with a different approach. The sessions has unique designed steps in work and rest. Another creative way to keep you fit and motivated.
Capacity
We designed training sessions that will help you to keep on pushing for a longer time. This program will help push by push to expand your capacity level and keep going longer and longer..
